The Pre Booking is an information gathering step.

We will respond with a fixed price that we will honour from the moment your initial deposit is paid.

The initial deposit is a 10% non-refundable payment that locks in the quoted price.

14 days prior to your pickup we will request a second payment to settle 50% of the fare. The remaining 50% will become payable at pickup.

Deposits will be payable online by credit or debit card, or in some circumstances by direct bank transfer.

We accept payment by all major credit cards including AMEX.

The final balance due at pickup can be paid by cash or card.
